Almost certainly. We're API specialists and have connected everything from Xero, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to SAP, payment gateways and IoT devices. If a system has an API, a database we can reach, or even a scheduled export, there's usually a way in. The Investigate phase tells you for sure before you commit to anything.
Rarely. Most legacy software keeps its data somewhere accessible: a database we can connect to directly, an ODBC driver, or file exports we can process automatically. We've linked Microsoft Access tools, on-premise SQL databases and decades-old line-of-business systems to modern cloud platforms.
That's one of the first things we settle, field by field, in the Map the data phase. Sometimes one system owns a record outright; sometimes ownership depends on the stage of a process. Agreeing it up front is what stops two systems overwriting each other later.
Yes. Integrations use each vendor's secure, authenticated APIs, data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to exactly what the connection needs. We work under ISO 9001 certified processes and can host the integration on Australian infrastructure through our managed hosting.
Vendors update their APIs regularly and eventually retire old versions. With ongoing client support, we monitor for those changes and update the integration ahead of time, so you don't find out through a failed sync.
A single, well-documented connection such as pushing invoices to Xero can be live within weeks. Linking several systems with two-way sync and historical migration is a bigger project. As a guide, Investigate takes 1–3 weeks, Map the data 2–4 weeks, and Connect and go live 3–8 weeks.
