Eric leads client digital transformation strategy at Codium. In this capacity he works closely with clients’ executive, technical, business unit and finance leadership teams to scope the integration of digital workflows and platforms into all aspects of their business (i.e from functions, channels, processes and data to operating models) as well as translating this into products that optimise agility, efficiency and customer experience.
He was previously Director of digital strategy at Custom Business Apps, an award winning mobile application development and UX/UI design agency, until its merger with Codium in late 2015. Whilst at Custom Business Apps, he spent more than 4 years working with technical teams to develop application programming interfaces and cloud / mobile / IoT based architecture to work with broader business and industry ecosystem platforms, applications and processes.
As founder of Custom Business Apps, Eric got a holistic understanding of managing business functions / workflows including finance, HR, IT, sales and marketing, procurement and administration as well as how to transform them for digital enterprise enablement. Eric’s early career was in marketing and business development, where he developed a deep understanding of customer behavior across industries, products / services and the importance of customer experience design, particularly at the technology / customer interface.
Eric has a degree in Business Marketing and International Business from Edith Cowen University.
